Aldi appointed Lda to create a suite of assets that needed to engage with employees on a worldwide scale about the importance of their opinions being heard and what to expect when participating in the employee survey. The key to the brief was creating an employee survey brand, posters, booklets and animations that would work seamlessly across multiple languages and audience types.
