Due to be launched later this year, we have worked with the team at Newcastle College to develop a new digital home. Our role was to interpret and comprehend the needs of their multiple audiences, before developing the IA, UX and design. We spent a couple of days at the college talking to students, prospective students, stakeholders, staff and employers. The research we gathered, underpinned the decisions we made on both mapping the user journeys and developing engaging design.
